Book a trial 4 to 8 weeks before the wedding. Bring photos of styles you like, your veil or hair accessories, and a picture of your dress neckline. You'll try the style, see how it photographs and how it holds, and make any changes then.
Hair for the whole bridal party
Bev can style the bride, bridesmaids, flower girls and mothers of the bride. Let her know how many people and the time you need to leave, and she'll plan the timings for the morning.
Your wedding hair timeline
- 3 to 6 months before: book your date with Bev and plan any colour changes.
- 4 to 8 weeks before: trial, and a cut if needed.
- 1 to 2 weeks before: colour or root touch-up, and a treatment.
- The day before: wash your hair unless Bev advises otherwise.
What happens in your appointment
- Enquiry: your date, venue and party size.
- Trial with your photos and accessories.
- Colour and treatment in the weeks before.
- Styling on the wedding morning.

As soon as you have your date. Saturdays in wedding season fill quickly.
Do you travel to the venue?
Ask Bev when you enquire. Getting ready at the salon is often easiest.
Can you work with hair accessories or a veil?
Yes. Bring them to your trial so the style is built around them.
Do you style the bridal party too?
