Why only the roots?
Colouring the full length every time builds up colour, darkens the ends and dries them out. A root touch-up treats only the new growth, then the lengths can be refreshed with a gentle gloss if they've faded.
How often do I need one?
Hair grows roughly 1 to 1.5 cm a month. With a lot of grey, or a big difference between your natural colour and your dyed colour, most clients come every 4 to 6 weeks. If you have only a little grey, you can often stretch it to 8 weeks.
Growing out your grey?
If you're tired of the monthly root routine, ask Bev about blending. Softer, lighter colour or fine highlights can make regrowth far less obvious.

Questions about root touch-up
Can I come in between full colours?
Yes. That's exactly what a root touch-up is for.
Will there be a line where the colours meet?
No. Bev overlaps the new colour carefully so it blends with the existing colour.
How long does it take?
Usually around 1.5 hours including the blow wave.
